What should I bring?

  • Driver’s License- You must be 18+ years of age to rent equipment.
  • Water and Snacks– Make sure to stay hydrated and nourished on the river. Snacks and drinks are available to purchase before getting on the river.
  • Water Shoes or closed-toe sandals are best.
  • Sunscreen- Don’t turn into a lobster.
  • Cell Phone in a waterproof container- You will need to call for return shuttle service. Place any valuables you bring in at least two layers of protection.
u

What should I NOT bring?

  • NO Styrofoam cups
  • NO Glass (bottles, containers, etc)
  • NO Coolers or other large items- large coolers make the boat top-heavy and you will not be able to secure them properly. If you need a cooler, recommend small lunch-box size.

Can I bring my child?

Yes! We want the whole family to join in the fun. We don’t yet have tandem kayaks. Small children may not be able to ride along. Children 8 and over who are able to pilot their own boat can do so under adult supervision. We may not be able to provide life jackets for children under 50 lbs. pounds. Please bring your own life jacket just to be safe. We recommend the shorter trip for children.
